Promotional Material
In 2020, following extensive bushfires and Covid lockdowns, NSW Farmers Association secured funding for a range of targeted projects to support the recovery and future resilience of the NSW industry.
One such project saw the development of an overarching brand for the NSW industry, promoting oyster consumption through the creation of point-of-sale materials, and an online, social media campaign focused on special occasions such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day. The campaign has been specifically designed to promote the retail sale of oysters and reduce the reliance on sales through the hospitality market. One hundred promotional packs were distributed in the initial roll-out of material. These packs included a variety of posters, recipe cards, price display tickets and stickers.
The print-ready artwork for these materials has been provided below, so you can download and print locally should you need additional collateral. This Bushfire Local Economic Recovery project was jointly funded by the Australian and the NSW Governments under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements.
In a second phase to the initiative, additional materials were developed and distributed. This included nutritional information leaflets for both Sydney rock and Pacific oysters, a 2024 NSW Oysters Calendar and a series of 12 short, consumer-facing educational videos on the following topics:
This second phase of the project was funded by the Australian and NSW Government's Storm & Flood Industry Recovery Program.
