Planning is in full swing for the 2026 Oyster Conference, taking place in Merimbula from 26–28 May.

This year’s event is shaping up to be a standout 2.5‑day program featuring field trips, a trade evening, the return of the much‑loved shed social night (complete with Oyster Olympics), engaging conference sessions, dedicated hot‑topic discussions, an expanded awards gala dinner, and plenty of opportunities to learn, connect, and celebrate the industry.
